  • Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex matters simply.

  • Strong customer service orientation.

  • Fluent in German and English (additional languages are advantageous).

Responsibilities:

Laboratory:

  • Conduct laboratory experiments according to prescribed testing procedures.

  • Document and evaluate the results of experiments.

  • Maintain and service laboratory equipment and instruments.

  • Assist in the validation of testing methods.

Quality Control (QS):

  • Support the implementation and further development of the quality management system.

  • Monitor and control product quality and processes.

  • Conduct internal audits and training sessions.

  • Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of quality documentation.

  • Participate in quality meetings and project teams.

  • Assist in handling customer complaints and deviations.

  • Coordinate the monitoring of testing and measuring equipment.

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or plant technician.

  • Professional experience in the laboratory and quality assurance is advantageous.

  • Understanding of laboratory equipment and instruments.
